I went to Kuala Lumpur during Eid Al-Adha. I visited the following places and I ranked the attractions from top to bottom:
1. Kuala Lumpur Bird Park
Large park with the most beautiful colorful birds you’ve seen in your life.

2. Firefly Park Resort
We took a river boat ride to view Fireflies that flash LIGHT. It was like seeing Christmas Trees being lit up by flashing lights. Amazing!

3. Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park
We had the chance to view many colorful large species of butterflies.

4. Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary
You can feed the elephants, ride them and take a bath with them in the river. I did the first two. It was very cool.

5. Feed the Monkeys at Bukit Melawati
In this place, there are hundreds of monkeys. It was fun feeding them.

6. Kuala Lumpur Agricultural Heritage Park
I got to see fruit and vegetables plants that Malaysia produce from Pineapple, Dragon Fruit, Cocao, Coffee, Black Pepper, Palm, Coconut, etc. It was interesting very informative.

7. Handicraft Batik Factory
It’s a shop where they show you how to they hand-print on silk and other fabrics. They also sell Malaysian Handicraft such as hand-printed silk robes, scraves, etc. Very Interesting & Worth a visit.

I also visited Kuala Lumpur Orchid & Hibiscus Garden. If you are going to go to the KL Bird Park, then drop by the garden as it is front of it.

I looked at government offices and inside of the Putra Mosque. It was interesting.

Genting Highlands
We went to Genting Highlands. I don’t recommend it as the queue are very long (1-2 hrs) per ride and the rides aren’t so great to justify the queue.
